Parts Warehouse Administrator
The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Parts Warehouse Administrator to join our Parts team. The Parts Warehouse Administrator is an integral part of our team, responsible for performing tasks related to the storage, handling, and distribution of parts and supplies within the warehouse. To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to work effectively in a team environment. The individual must also communicate clearly with team members to contribute to our goal of providing customer satisfaction and maximizing parts sales at the dealership.

Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities :
Receive shipments and confirm both the order and the quantities
Deliver parts orders to our customers and team members daily
Fill "will call" orders
Pick parts orders
Maintain receiving and shipping records
Break out and organize shipments that are ready for stocking
Assist with organizing and placing stock in designated areas
Assist with the maintenance of bins and equipment
Supervise returned parts and maintain separate storage area
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that all parts and supplies are stored in their designated locations and that aisles and walkways are clear and free of obstructions
Maintain a professional discretion
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, team members, and suppliers
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Schedule : Monday through Friday with various shift opportunities 7 : 30am 6 : 00pm, some Saturdays (rotating) 7 : 30am-6 : 00pm
Requirement
Skills & Requirements :
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
Background and drug screening
Ability to multitask
Walking up and down stairs and ladders
- Lift up to 100 pounds
- Bending and kneeling
- Operate 8000lb fork lift
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting / moving equipment
- Working outdoors in different climates
