The Support Representative is responsible for the distribution of insurance and patient refund checks. Handling unresolved inquiries / issues, and responsible for implementing, maintaining, and managing organization policies on collection practices.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming refund checks
• Review refund requests for accuracy
• Communicate with credits and refund staff via email
• Data entry duties
• Print necessary documents
• Distribute refund checks via mail

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
