This role is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. As the Director of Product Development, you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and division leaders to ensure that our products meet business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will be responsible for managing product vision, setting the roadmap, and ensuring timely and high-quality execution. You will also play a key roll in identifying new market opportunities and driving changes within the department. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. A successful candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire and motivate teams, make data-driven decisions, and drive results.
