This position reviews and images consumer, commercial and SBA loans in accordance with Bank policy and procedure.
To be considered for this position, candidate is required to have at least 1-year of banking experience and knowledge of banking documents.
Job Title : Document Imaging Specialist I
Department : Central Operations
Reports to : Dellainey Hays Days / Hours : M-F / 8 : 00-5 : 00
Location : Las Vegas Classification : Non-Exempt
Summary : This position reviews and images consumer, commercial and SBA loans in accordance with Bank policy and procedure.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the audit, imaging, data input and quality control of all documentation related to newly processed, renewed, and modified accounts.
- Responsible for call back support.
- Sort and Complete daily Lock Box deposits.
- Review and callback wire reports.
- 5.Responsible for in-bound courier calls and scheduling for couriers.
- Responsible for maintaining and printing courier logs for the couriers.
- To perform special projects and other assignments as directed and deemed necessary by Management.

Required Skills / Abilities :
Working : Must possess superior level of attention to detail. Familiarity with basic Bank documentation is required.
Language : Must possess the ability to communicate detailed instructions, written and verbal. Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and write general correspondence and memos. Effectively present information in one on one and small group situations, to fellow employees of organization.
Mathematical : Must possess the ability to compute and apply all general mathematical concepts.
Reasoning : Apply common sense and the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Interpersonal : Possess superior interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with supervisors and co- workers. Demonstrate high degree of customer service skills to include the use of tact and diplomacy in daily interaction with internal and external customers.
Computer : Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Internet, and Jack Henry products a plus.
Education and Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent. One (1) years of Banking experience.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to walk long distances
Need to be able to stand for long periods of time
Requires the need to sit for extensive periods of time
Requires mental alertness
Able to speak clearly and concisely with internal coworkers and external clients
Requires keen vision for long periods of time due to reading, writing and close work on computer screens
Must be able to frequently lift 25 pounds or more
