Responsibilities :

• Must be Bi-Lingual- Mandarin and English Speaking
• Develop and maintain control plans and lead new / current product.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and drive solutions.
• Follow up on crucial Engineering change activities to ensure Engineering Change are processed seamlessly.
• Lead and supervise Quality Control activities.
• Assume responsibility for technical responses to customers on quality issues; lead investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with Suppliers during visits, conduct process / system audits.
• Track and resolve open issues pertaining to new product launches, develop control documents and other Customer / Supplier required quality documentation.
• Provide written technical responses to Customers on quality issues, i.e. CAR
• Lead and supervise MRB, new material / process / supplier approval activities.
• Lead internal audits, provide training, coach Junior Quality Technicians
• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct
• Support ISO 9001 activities
• Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and policies.
• Conduct other duties as required.
