Monitor expenses and adjust engineering plans as necessary to stay within budget. Implement and enforce quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical challenges. Provide regular updates on engineering progress and address any technical concerns. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success. Master's degree in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred). Proven track record of leading engineering efforts for projects exceeding $10 million in scope. Strong background in design-build and preconstruction processes. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications. Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices and innovative construction technologies. Experience in public sector or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Technical Leadership
Oversee all engineering activities, including design, analysis, and implementation of project solutions.
- Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents.

Project Management
Collaborate with project managers to integrate engineering activities into the overall project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Education :
