Office Assistant Job Responsibilities :
- Happily runs outside errands and multitasks within the office environment
- Receives and distributes communications; collects and mails correspondence
- Anticipates and fulfills supply needs
- Provides office communications support
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, and calling for repairs.
- Happy to pivot in a work environment of rapid course change-ups.
