HR Administrative Coordinator
The HR Administrative Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of Famous Human Resources.
Through working with a variety of personnel, duties, and departments, the HR Administrative Coordinator will gain a robust understanding of all Human Resources functions, while acquiring valuable experience to develop their HR career.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Distributing daily department mail to proper HR associates.
- Answering department phones.
- Assist HR Generalists as needed.
- Assist HR team members with job fairs, and events.
- Assist with recruiting as needed.
- May assist with additional benefits support tasks as needed.
- Assist with new hire onboarding as needed.
- Maintain personnel and other HR files.
- Keep e-filed and hard copy documents secure, organized, and up to date.
