About the Role :
We're building something special at Velociti, a team of local Account Managers in Phoenix, Houston, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, and Atlanta who love people, love to learn, and want to grow. And grow fast.
As a Local Account Manager, you'll become the face of Velociti in your city. You'll build relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility leaders, helping them keep their spaces clean, safe, and running smoothly.
This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your days out meeting people, visiting buildings, and building a book of business you're proud of. You'll learn how to sell, how to communicate, and how to win from leaders who've built national sales organizations and know what it takes to succeed.

What You'll Do :
- Build and grow your own local territory through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Meet in-person with new prospects every week to understand their facility needs
- Build relationships through lunches, dinners, ball games, golf, and other creative events
- Partner with our Regional Operations team to create service proposals and pricing
- Sell both recurring facility contracts and quick "one-time jobs" (pressure washing, floor care, etc.)
- Track your calls, meetings, and proposals in HubSpot CRM
- Represent Velociti's Service Standards in every client interaction
