Ayers Career College is currently seeking an Electrical Technician Instructor to help meet growing employer demand in this rapidly expanding field. This role offers a great opportunity to share your expertise by training and mentoring students as they prepare for a rewarding career.Instructors are responsible for educating students through both classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences, ensuring effective teaching practices and supporting each students academic growth. They are expected to manage the classroom environment and foster a positive, engaging learning atmosphere. In addition, instructors provide support, tutoring, and other assistance as needed, while consistently modeling the professional conduct, language, and behaviors expected from students.

Qualified candidates should have :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent demonstration of integrity and professionalism
• Comfortable working in an environment focused on observation and coaching
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for problem-solving
• Basic computer applications skills
