Event Representative

ASM GLOBAL, the leader in privately managed public facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for an Event Representative at the Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.

Summary : The Event Representative will be responsible for monitoring events and ensuring that the guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining the policies and guidelines of Oakland and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Event Representatives will have dual responsibility working with guests and staff on event days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for any front-of-house situations within an assigned area.

For Example : Ticket issues, ADA relocations, guest complaints, medical calls, etc.

Education and / or Experience : A minimum education level of : High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA / BS Degree Preferred). 1-3 years of related experience. Experience in a supervisory role preferred. Prior facility event experience preferred.
