Position Overview

We are looking for a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to grow a career in the equipment rental industry.

Location : 3131 E. Atlas Place, Tucson, AZ 85706

Pay : Starting at $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule : Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities as a Field Pipe Installer

  • Assist with installation, setup, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment
  • Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with equipment deliveries and returns
  • Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Work outdoors in various conditions and support emergency / overtime work as needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and Crew Leader instructions
  • Maintain professional communication and a team-oriented attitude
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills of a Field Pipe Installer

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
  • Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor, physically demanding environments
  • Team player with a dependable, safety-first mindset
  • Experience in the rental or pump industry a plus; HDPE fusion experience preferred
