Job Description :

The Oracle C2M Functional Consultant is a key member of the Delivery Practice expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and business development. These activities include the following :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead functional workshops to gather and document business requirements related to Customer to Meter processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and Oracle C2M configurations
• Configure Oracle C2M modules such as Customer Information System (CIS), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Service Order Management
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between systems
• Support testing activities including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Utilities best practices and industry standards
• Conduct user training and support change management initiatives
• Assist in go-live preparation and post-implementation support
• Maintain documentation for functional designs, configurations, and process flows

Requirements :

Travel : up to 25%

Location : Onsite - Dallas, TX (some flexibility can be discussed)

Accelalpha follows fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $170,000 to $190,000.

Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
