Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for a talented and organized Project Administrator    professional to join our team as an Office Manager at our Gresham, OR Project.

TYPICAL DUTIES :

• Assist Project Managers and Engineers with timekeeping, including employee time cards and weekly timesheet submissions.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and construction office organization.
• Process new hire paperwork, job applications (scanning to SharePoint), and resumes for HR.
• Maintain logs, including EEO logs, and assist with RFIs, submittals, reports, and project folders.
• Schedule employee training and manage site security forms.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
• Support tracking and filing of purchase orders, subcontracts, and related project accounting tasks as needed.
• Assist with resolving invoice issues and entering labor hours into spreadsheets to track daily costs for time and materials work.
• Utilize tools like Bluebeam (helpful but not mandatory).
• Provide general administrative support and assist with additional projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS :

Salary : $60k
