Our Healthcare Client is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (Hospital, Med / Surg Oncology) to oversee and support patient care delivery systems across multiple clinical locations. This role is responsible for implementing evidence-based care models, coordinating safe and efficient resource use, managing clinical operations, and fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams. The manager will maintain clinical expertise, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead operational improvements that enhance patient safety, quality, and team performance within a 24 / 7 healthcare environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $171,000 – $198,000.
Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
