Akkodis is seeking a Sr. AWS Developer for a Direct Hire with a client in Akron, OH(Hybrid). The ideal candidates’ responsibilities include designing scalable AWS-based enterprise integrations and collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless cloud solution delivery.

Salary Range : $115K / Yearly to 118K / Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. AWS Developer job responsibilities include :

Design and develop scalable cloud applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch), Node.js, and TypeScript.

Implement and optimize CI / CD pipelines for efficient and automated AWS deployments.

Monitor and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver enterprise integration solutions aligned with business needs.

Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Stay current with AWS advancements and continuously integrate new tools and best practices to enhance development efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of experience in AWS development, cloud architecture, and backend application development.

Proven expertise in AWS services including Lambda, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch, with strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

Demonstrated experience working with offshore teams and delivering solutions in Agile Scrum environments.
