A company is looking for a Jr. Instructional Designer. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with training team members and stakeholders to assess training needs and develop learning solutions Create and design instructional content using Articulate 360 and MS Office, ensuring alignment with adult learning theories Develop project documentation and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in instructional material design and development in a corporate setting At least 1 year of experience in web-based learning design and development Experience in managing customer relationships and demonstrating research and analysis skills Familiarity with current learning and performance improvement industry standards and practices
