About the team and the role :

The Selling team at eBay is dedicated to empowering sellers to efficiently manage their eBay listings. As a Lead iOS Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications that enhance the seller experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions using GraphQL and a Federated Graph architecture. This role not only involves leading technical initiatives but also mentoring iOS engineers to foster growth and excellence within the team.

What you will accomplish :

• Design and build robust and scalable iOS applications utilizing Swift UI to improve seller listing management and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to define innovative features
• Improve data access and management by developing and integrating GraphQL APIs
• Optimize application performance focusing on speed, scalability, and usability
• Lead and mentor iOS engineers, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Contribute to strategic planning and technical decision-making processes within the team to align with eBay's goals

What you will bring :

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below :

142,400 - $232,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
