The Job at a Glance

The IT Operations Support Analyst (internally known as I Fix Everything) will manage and monitor the infrastructure ticket queue, addressing support requests and providing assistance for enterprise systems, networks, applications, and batch jobs. This role involves analyzing and resolving technical issues escalated from the helpdesk and security team. As part of a high-performing team, the Analyst will deliver top-tier IT services to the business and our customers. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the Analyst must effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Thesalaryrange for this role is $65, 780.70 – 88,015.34 annually ($31.62 - $42.31 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is apayfor performance-company. In addition to basepay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
