If you’re a hands-on SME in ServiceNow’s Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, and you can lead with both strategy and execution, you’ll fit right in with this team. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow, especially HAM and SAM. Document all IT processes, policies, procedures, and asset standards—clear, accurate, and ready for the real world. Apply your IT financial acumen to track, manage, and optimize hardware and software assets. Train and mentor team members so they can make the most out of ServiceNow. Spot opportunities for business improvement—and then make them happen. Keep impeccable records and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Bring creative, “what if we tried…” thinking to asset management challenges. Work as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team. What You Bring 5+ years as a ServiceNow SME, with deep HAM and SAM expertise. Proven ability to document processes and standards that people actually use. Solid IT financial skills for asset cost management. Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting. A proactive mindset—always looking for the next improvement. Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first approach. The ability to think outside the box without losing sight of business goals.
