BASIS Charter Schools, the highest-performing public-school network in the U.S., is seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Project Manager to join our growing team. We need a leader who can expertly navigate the complexities of our network-wide marketing efforts, turning ambitious goals into actionable plans and ensuring flawless execution. This role is for someone who finds immense satisfaction in the details and loves to orchestrate successful campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and meticulously manage the annual and monthly network-wide marketing calendar. Your primary focus will be on ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on message, and with measurable impact. You'll be the conductor, ensuring every campaign is perfectly aligned with key enrollment milestones and organizational priorities.
• Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social channels. You'll coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits together seamlessly.
• Serve as the central point of contact to meticulously coordinate and track all timelines, deliverables, and approvals for integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and social channels.
• Track and report on campaign progress with an obsessive focus on metrics. You'll be the first to spot opportunities to optimize strategies and timelines for maximum impact.
• Work cross-functionally with events, advertising, and PR teams to promote the incredible mission of BASIS Charter Schools.
• Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
