Mobile Facilities Technician – Keep Critical Facilities Running Smoothly!

Reno, NV | 32-34 per hour

Are you a skilled Mobile Engineer with expertise in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Mobile Facilities Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of multiple facilities in the Reno, NV area.

Your Impact

As a Mobile Facilities Technician , you'll play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical facility systems. From HVAC and plumbing to electrical and safety systems, your expertise will keep our facilities operating efficiently and up to standard. If you're a problem solver who enjoys hands-on work and taking ownership of facility maintenance, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Life Safety systems.

Travel between multiple facilities , ensuring optimal performance.

Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid costly downtime.

Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems at peak efficiency .

Monitor and record equipment readings , making necessary adjustments.

Ensure the safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials .

Oversee outside contractors for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Identify and address safety hazards to maintain a secure work environment.

What You Bring

Required :

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

5-7 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance.

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems .

EPA 608 Type II Certification .

Strong computer skills (Word & Excel).

Valid Driver’s License for travel between facilities.

Preferred :

EPA 608 Universal Certification .

Trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Pay Details : 32.00 to 34.00 per hour
