Overview :

We’re seeking a hands-on Jira Systems Administrator with strong stakeholder-facing skills to lead the consolidation of 37 Jira environments into a unified system. This role blends Jira administration, business analysis, and product ownership to drive adoption, build workflows, and support IT managers in leveraging Jira effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer Jira : manage users, permissions, workflows, screens, fields, and notifications

Customize Jira for stakeholder needs; build dashboards and automate ticket flows

Lead Jira training and adoption across IT teams (0–75% usage currently)

Support integration of BigPicture (Atlassian marketplace tool) for reporting

Partner with IT managers to unify and streamline Jira usage across 37 sites

Document configurations and provide ongoing support

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Jira Admin, ideally with BA / Product Owner background

Experience customizing Jira for cross-functional teams

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with Atlassian tools; BigPicture experience is a plus

No scripting / API work required
