Job Purpose :

Responsible for the setup, support, monitoring, and patching of networking, server, IP Phone, system backups, and end user systems. Perform a variety of maintenance, support, evaluation, installation, and training to ensure network and system performance meets company and end user requirements.

Job Highlights : Qualifications

  • Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Infrastructure, DHCP, DNS, TCIP, and Domain Controllers
  • Enterprise backup solution and Antivirus solutions
  • Experienced with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft applications, and Microsoft CoPilot
  • Experienced in the management of a SQL Database environment
  • Hands on hardware and PC troubleshooting\install experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of relevant experience
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust / focus

  • Responsible for the setup, support, monitoring, and patching of networking, server, IP Phone, system backups, and end user systems
  • Perform a variety of maintenance, support, evaluation, installation, and training to ensure network and system performance meets company and end user requirements
  • Administer network and wireless hardware and applications
  • Manage NetApp SAN
  • Evaluate and / or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, desktop systems, computer peripherals, and software
  • Keep all network and computer systems up to date with latest patches, firmware, and OS updates
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, provide / implement solutions for all systems
  • Manage and update Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure Hybrid environment
  • Manage and maintain all software licenses
  • Plan and implement network security including building firewalls, managing VPN access, managing hardwire and wireless security, network access, and ensuring network reliability
  • Manage system backups, restore files upon request, and manage disaster recovery plan
  • Ensure timely end-user and management notifications of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability and production
  • Maintain confidentiality of all end-user data
  • The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
  • This position will report directly to the Information Technology Manager
  • This position interacts with a wide variety of employees
