OB / GYN Associates, P.C. located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is currently recruiting for a full-time (32-40 hrs, M-F) Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) .

The ARNP is responsible for direct patient care of obstetrics and gynecological (Ob-Gyn) patients in an outpatient setting. This position will perform outpatient Ob / Gyn services including but not limited to exams, outpatient procedures, and orders and interprets laboratory tests. The ARNP will prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments and make the appropriate referrals as needed. The ARNP will exercise autonomy in medical decision-making for Ob / Gyn services and collaborate with physicians as needed. The ARNP will accurately and appropriately complete documentation of all patient care and communication in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications includes :

• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program, WHNP or FNP. Master s Preferred.
• Must have a current Iowa License to practice as a ARNP.
• Previous clinical experience in women s health is preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients.
