Develop and maintain online underwriting resources policies manuals training materials and procedures to ensure consistent application across the department. Provide support to other departments by sharing underwriting knowledge and expertise to help achieve organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing changes to workflows processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Identify problems research solutions and collaborate on the design and implementation of effective resolutions. Develop and maintain tools and resources to support underwriting operations. Bachelors degree in a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in a related field. Preferred insurance industry certifications such as CPCU ARM or Associate in Premium Audit. Strong knowledge of NCCI PAAS and underwriting business processes. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Excellent interpersonal project management and leadership skills. Strong decision-making critical-thinking and communication abilities.

Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $70000 - $90000 annually
