A Day in Your Life at MKS :

As a Sr. Manufacturing / Operations Supervisor at MKS Broomfield, you will partner with Technical Operations, Planning, Engineering, and others, to deliver high quality products on time with controlled costs. In this role, you will report to the Sr Manager, Manufacturing Operations.

You Will Make an Impact By :

• Supervising and motivating a team of workers, which includes hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Working with Planning department to develop and implement production schedules and deadlines.
• Overseeing the production process to ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Reviewing worker performance and identifying training needs and understanding worker goals.
• Compiling and presenting production reports to upper management.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary Pay Range : $95,000 to $130,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
