Overview

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus! Based on your location you may also be eligible for an additional relocation bonus up to $8,000!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for :

Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

• Previous OR Experience Required

Day to Day Duties :

8 OR suites + 1 cysto room + 1 minor procedure room

Anticipating an addition of two new ORs by Oct 2025

Approx. 600-700+ cases per month

Schedule : 40hrs / week- 2 x 12-hour shifts- Saturday and Sunday. Two 8hr shifts on weekdays TBD during interviews with OR Manager

Built on the pillars of convenience, wellness, and person-centered care, we offer inpatient and outpatient care at one site, with an emphasis on preventive health, wellness, and health education.

The surgery department at St. Anthony North Health Campus Hospital consists of 8 OR rooms, 1 cysto room, 1 minor procedure room, a GI room, and a room for pain management. We are an ortho heavy departmentfracture management, total hips, knees, and shoulders, and the ortho service continues to grow. We also perform general, ENT, GYN, urology, spine, and plastics. The patient mix is comprised mainly of adult surgical patients. Patient care is provided for adult, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patients. Our mission is to provide safe care to the surgical patient. This is a desirable department because we have an amazing culture of caring individuals who are fun to work with and will treat you like family.
