Work Location : This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be able to travel to the Florida Mango Health Center in West Palm Beach at least once every two weeks to handle printing, mailing, and other on-site tasks as needed.

Snapshot of key accountabilities of the Development Coordinator :

Support frontline fundraising efforts by maintaining donor and prospect records in Salesforce and EveryAction.

Assist with donor stewardship, including acknowledgements, thank-you calls, mailings, and communications.

Provide backup support for donation processing and reporting.

Coordinate Development events, planning meetings, and stewardship activities.

Manage departmental emails, phone lines, schedules, reimbursements, and internal files.

Support the Chief Development Officer with donor stewardship materials and portfolio management.

Facilitate donor and staff use of Zoom for virtual events.

Provide general administrative support to the Development team.

Experience / Education of the Development Coordinator :

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of one year of experience in a business or fundraising office environment.

Minimum of one year of experience using Salesforce.

Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with close attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous Planned Parenthood experience a plus but not required.

Must have a strong understanding of and personal commitment to reproductive rights and Planned Parenthood’s mission.

Benefits and Compensation :

Yearly compensation range for Development Coordinator : Starting at $42,000 per year, with final compensation commensurate with experience.

Eligible for all applicable benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days from your hire date.

Paid Time Off accrues immediately but cannot be taken until after 90 full days of employment. We value work-life balance, offering generous PTO and holidays.
