Western States Lodging & Management in South Jordan, UT is looking to hire a full-time Property Management Accountant.

This bookkeeping position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 / year , depending on experience. YOUR SCHEDULE AS A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

This full-time Property Accountant position typically works Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm . We offer a flexible hybrid schedule with the option to work from home and in the office! You must reside in the state of Utah and be able to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

As a Property Accountant, you appreciate the flexibility and ability to work from home or in the office. Working with our fun team, you provide accounting in our apartments

division. The department is growing, and you're right in the middle of the excitement. You excel at collecting information and analyzing financial processes. Your integrity and confidentiality are greatly appreciated as you Balance Bank recs, manage reporting, handle owner distributions, work with the AP department, and more. Knowing that your analytical and financial skills are highly valued gives you great satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

• Moderate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to produce highly detailed and accurate work
• Ability to be a self-starter and work through daily checklists
• Experience with Yardi property management / accounting software strongly preferred

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience is preferred but not required. Recent graduates or those finishing school are encouraged to apply.
