Location : Virginia Beach, VA (must reside within a 20-mile radius or be comfortable commuting there daily)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Program Assistant / Recruiter to join our Virginia Beach campus full-time (40 hours / week). This role is a blend of administrative support and student recruitment, ensuring our programs run smoothly while actively engaging prospective students to join our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to campus operations, instructors, and students.

Recruit and enroll new students into our healthcare training programs.

Create, edit, and manage documents in Microsoft Office applications.

Maintain a professional and polished manner for student inquiries and outreach, in-person and over the phone.

Balance multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office in a professional setting.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with polished telephone etiquette.

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize effectively.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift

Onsite role at our Virginia Beach campus

Compensation : $15.00 – $17.00 / hour, based on experience.
