What does a successful Program Manager, Advisory do?

At Fiserv, a successful Program Manager, Advisory plays an integral role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within the Project Management Organization to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Our Program Managers bring leadership, vision, and strategic planning to our most complex accounts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence that drives success across multiple lines of business.

What you will do :

• Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track program performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report progress to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Establish an effective program governance structure and provide direction and oversight of multiple programs and projects.
• Ensure consistent usage of standard program and project management practices enterprise-wide.
