Description
Job Summary :
A Project Analyst (PA) at Epiq will serve to be the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department. The PA will assist the Project Manager (PM) in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client supplied data and workflows. The PA’s duties will include serving as the primary keeper of project reporting on client projects, a daily point of contact for client requests, and queue manager of client priorities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Work as the single point of contact on daily requests from multiple parties on various matters and escalate to the PM as necessary
- Draft work direction to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a project
- Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing
- Process data through Relativity Processing application
- Troubleshooting and routine support of Relativity Processing and Workspace(s)
- Utilize downtime to assist CS department in routine client requests
- Interpret client needs and PM instructions to pass them accurately and efficiently on to other operational groups
- Evaluate client requests and make recommendations / suggestions towards best practices
- Leverage existing knowledge and experience when reviewing requests from client(s) and / or PM(s) to make critical judgements on how to best proceed to achieve desired result(s)
- Triage, manage, and prioritize multiple requests
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered and / or hosted data
- Assist PMs in the development and refinement of documentation to address instances where information is incomplete or requires updating
- Monitor and report on the progress of client requests through the multiple departments at Epiq
- Track and report time utilization

The Compensation range for this role is $55,000.00 to $63,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
