About the Role :
Full Steam Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Control General Manager for a valued client in Fontana, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of quality control within the production environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and integrity are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and evaluate quality programs and procedures.
- Establish and enforce quality benchmarks in collaboration with management.
- Design and conduct thorough testing and evaluation processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between production teams and leadership.
- Analyze test results and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks across all production areas.
- Generate comprehensive reports for executive leadership and regulatory agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
