The Phoenix Recovery Centers is looking to hire a full time Admissions Coordinator. The Admissions Coordinators role is to educate, inform, and connect with future clients, and referrents. This connection is achieved through the education about The Phoenix Recovery Center upon the three main talking points. Hours are Monday- Friday with flexibility for rotating on call nights and weekends.

• Ability to follow through with Intake Checklist

• Demonstrates the ability to build relationships with outside providers (detox centers, etc..)

• Demonstrates the ability to communicate a document effective communication with insurance companies
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively on the phone
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively complete an intake with guarantor agreement

• Follow-through on commitments. Lives up to verbal and written agreements, regardless of personal cost.
