Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking a Implementation Project Manager for the Office of Health Services. You’ll lead the development and execution of strategic plans to ensure compliance with consent decrees and regulatory mandates. This role combines policy formulation, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to align operations with legal requirements and departmental priorities. You’ll identify risks, track performance, and guide training initiatives to support statewide implementation. With a focus on transparency, communication, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in driving long-term compliance and organizational transformation.
