job purpose :

The Engineering Project Manager will be a part of fairlife's Capital Engineering and Project Management team, primarily based out of the Goodyear, AZ, plant and supporting the Dexter, NM plant. This individual will have ownership for the overall successful end-to-end project management of various capital projects, including but not limited to; processing & packaging equipment, safety improvements, and buildings & infrastructure. This role is accountable for ensuring installation, commissioning, validation, operation and maintenance of the projects to meet company standards . Additionally, this role assists in providing direction and guidance to Fairlife's manufacturing arena concerning all platforms of processing, packaging and infrastructure. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Plant Engineering and Operations teams to identify areas of improvement and execute solutions. Identify and implement strategic initiatives which are enablers for Fairlife to meet its present and future objectives in the areas of capital improvements.

90,000 — $130,000 USD
