Job Overview

Our Senior ASL Interpreter performs advanced interpreting work in highly dynamic, technical business environments via video conference and in-person for high stakes and sensitive meetings, employee webcasts, and negotiations with external customers and organizations. In this role, you will work autonomously, building and maintaining rapport to expand professional relationships with customers, vendor-colleagues, business partners, and mixed collaborator groups. You are a thought and action leader with high-risk interpreting-operations projects that remove communication barriers, ensure seamless communication access for all participants, and model the highest quality of integrity. You proactively engage with peers and contractors to appropriately prepare for assigned meetings, mentor team interpreters, and are open to feedback from peers and consumers to continuously improve your craft.

• This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) and can be located in any of the listed office locations in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington.

Base Pay Range : $32.67 - $58.93Corporate Bonus Target : 10%
