Responsibilities
Prospecting : Must be able to prospect for own opportunities by way of phone calls, email follow ups, networking, centers of influence.
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual insurance needs and providing insightful advice.
Risk Assessment : Analyze potential risks and assist clients in navigating their insurance options to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Sales Representation : Present and sell State Farm insurance products to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to their unique requirements.
Portfolio Management : Monitor client accounts to maintain active and updated coverage, recommending modifications as necessary.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest State Farm product offerings and policies to provide current information to clients.
Community Presence : Actively participate in local events and community activities to promote the agency's visibility and establish a network of potential clients and partners.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold or be willing to obtain state licensing requirements for insurance sales.
Experience : Previous experience in sales or insurance environment is advantageous.
