ComResource is looking for a Technical Lead.
We need someone to assist in the architecture, design, and delivery of complex healthcare data applications and integrations. This role will work closely with delivery and product management to lead development efforts across multiple high-impact systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead architecture and full-stack development for scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with product and delivery managers to align on requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain secure, stable, and efficient code using industry best practices.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and test cases.
- Analyze production operations to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to coding standards.
- Participate in application lifecycle activities, from planning to deployment and monitoring.
