Description
Job Overview :
The Video Creator will develop and produce video content to support the company’s growth marketing strategy, brand recognition, associate and client retention, internal communications, and programs. This role blends hands-on technical expertise in video production and editing with graphic design skills and digital marketing awareness. The ideal candidate will create compelling multimedia content that resonates across digital platforms while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
They will collaborate with fellow marketing team members to translate strategic concepts into visual stories, and partner with the Senior Creative Manager to manage project timelines and approvals while ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
Your Responsibilities :
- Capture high-quality video and audio using professional equipment (provided).
- Edit footage using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects (After Effects, MOGRTs).
- Produce content optimized for multi-channel use : TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Support visual content needs through graphic design, including thumbnails, social graphics, overlays, etc.
- Use AI video generation tools (Canva Magic Media, Adobe Firefly, Envato VideoGen, CapCut, InVideo, etc.) to scale production.
- Curate and organize high-end stock footage, imagery, and design assets.
- Manage the entire production pipeline from concept through final delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and creative assets.
- Collaborate on creative direction and script / storyboard development.
- Coordinate feedback and approvals through Frame.io.
- Maintain a clean and accessible file repository in SharePoint.
- Meet deadlines and communicate clearly with stakeholders and creative leads.
