User / Fab Support :

• Help users and manufcaturing (fab) with issues on desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up new devices and configure them for users.Device Management :
• Install and update operating systems and applications.
• Maintain an inventory of all devices and perform regular checks.Security :
• Ensure devices are secure with antivirus software and necessary updates.
• Assist with encryptions and VPNs to protect company data.Network :
• Help users with basic network issues like Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity.
• Work with other teams for more advanced network problems.Documentation :
• Keep records of all support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Create simple guides for common problems users face.Collaboration :
• Work with other IT teams and communicate with vendors when necessary.Compliance :
• Ensure workstations meet company IT and security policies.
• Keep systems properly licensed and updated.Inventory Management :
• Track and manage workstation hardware / software inventory.System Monitoring : o Monitor workstation performance.o Suggest and implement improvements.
