You will analyze development problems and help create innovative solutions involving technology, methodology, tools and solution components in our website. You will help ensure the timeliness of web development projects and provide advice, guidance and support to meet our objectives and improve the online user journey for our audience. You will support our Marketing team to drive the web strategy and implement ideas to optimizethe user experience throughout our website. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of coding and project structure, both in terms of creative approach and implementation.

The everyday hustle :

  • Write HTML, CSS3, SCSS, PHP, Javascript, and Jquery for custom functionality.
  • Build reusable components and templates.
  • Perform QA in cross browser and devices.
  • Conduct A / B testing using tools like Google Optimize.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Help manage production launches and solve production issues.
  • Ensure proper configuration of all site tags such as GTM & Google Analytics.
  • Implement third-party tools such as chatbots, code minification, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization including demand generation, marketing operations, content, design.
  • Deliver impactful web development solutions to scale.
  • Develop repository for custom code and components.
  • Adhere to Agile development methodology – stand-ups, scope, estimate time for tasks, planning, sprints and retrospective.
  • Partner with third-party web consultants on development projects and make recommendations for improvement.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years of web development experience.
  • Experience building websites including HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript, JQuery and PHP.
  • Experience with CMS content system built in contentful.
  • Proficiency in HTTP, REST APIs and Custom Fields.
  • Knowledge of creating of creating and managing themes and optimal plugins.
  • Experience with modern web stack and executing the full life-cycle development process – from architecture and development to debugging and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of hosting, DNS, and caching.
  • Ability to manage multiple web projects and implementation needs across cross-functional development teams.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and other marketing tech for integrations into site experience.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Data driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive troubleshooting skills.
  • Passion for learning and adopting new technology and expanding hands-on technical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
