• Perform calculations and verify data for accuracy in reports and records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to compile, edit, and format documents.
• Scan and digitize files for recordkeeping and efficient data retrieval.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries with care and attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information in all tasks.
• Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks.
• Ability to organize files and maintain structured systems.
• Competence in performing basic calculations and verifying data.
• Familiarity with scanning and digitizing documents for record management.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
