Here's what you'd do : - Assist the Finance team with efficient and accurate cash posting into our pharmacy system. - Manual cash posting in Scriptmed.- Reconcile all checks posted on a daily basis.- Basic office duties including scanning, filing and front reception desk coverage as needed.- Maintains confidentiality and uses only the minimum amount of protected health information (PHI) necessary to accomplish job related responsibilities.- Every associate is given a job description upon hire outlining the qualifications, duties, and pay grade of the position. - Client reserves the right to change job descriptions as necessary. - Will adhere to all federal and state laws, rules and regulations, and client policies and procedures. - Promote a professional and ethical environment through active engagement with client Compliance Program.-While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly needed to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and other electronic means, handle various types of media and equipment, and visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess.- Other duties as needed.
