Job Description
- Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products
- Processing
- Closing and compliance for loan products
- Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
- Ordering all required verification, documentation and subsequent follow ups
- Working on the MLA team This department buys closed home loans from banks
- Candidates will be responsible for reviewing loans, loan documents, and HUDs all day with no client interaction
- Really understanding the loan process with little error is key to success in these roles
- Will be required to work with multiple loans at a time
- Will be required to check 8-10 loans a day (typically takes 45 minutes per loan)
