• Qualifications :
• Proven experience in project cost management, including developing estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and formulate alternative solutions.
• Expertise in change management, forecasting, progress tracking, and cashflow analysis.
• Effective communication skills, facilitating cross-departmental and inter-organizational collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, develop approaches to solutions, and achieve objectives with limited supervision.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for project assignments.
• Collaborate with accounting to reconcile costs and ensure project cost systems align.
• Engage with contractors on progress, schedules, and contract administration.
• Provide cost and schedule inputs for monthly reports and management presentations.
• Implement financial controls and monitor project budgets in alignment with management plans. - Experience in project management and project costs for engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction industries including : metals, mining, minerals, energy, water / wastewater, hydrogen fuel, pipeline services and utilities.
