Field Service Engineer

Location : Columbia, SC general area

Travel : Up to 50% (including air travel)

On-Call : Rotating weekend coverage required

As a Field Service Engineer at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of life-saving sterilization systems used in healthcare settings. You'll be the face of ASP for our customersinstalling, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment that directly impacts patient safety and hospital efficiency.

What You'll Do :

• Install, maintain, and repair ASP systems in hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Partner with sales and clinical education teams to deliver high-value, customer-focused solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Schedule and coordinate service activities with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service records and complete documentation in the service system
• Manage and audit your parts inventory ("trunk stock")
• Provide guidance to hospital biomedical engineers and ASP field technicians
• Support beta site installations and provide feedback for product improvements
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends

Pay Range : The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 47,500.00 - 88,100.00
