Description
The Airspace Information Center (AIC) Training Supervisor will supervise the training
and certification of AIC personnel conducting operations at Biggs Army Airfield (BAAF)
located at Fort Bliss, Texas. This position is eligible for the Management Bonus Pool.
The Training Supervisor will :
- Plan, schedule, direct, and supervise the facility training of assigned AIC
personnel
supplement and enhance the FTP
assigned to that facility
proficiency or remedial training. The Training Supervisor bases his / her
recommendations on both personal observations and shift leader (SL)
comments
Job Requirements, Mandatory :
experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
Possess recent military or civilian instructor training
Physical Demands :
Requires sitting and standing for long periods of time and may lift up to 50lbs
