Job Summary :

The Infrastructure Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and delivering enterprise infrastructure services across data centers, cloud platforms, and automation environments . This role involves mentoring engineering teams, setting roadmaps, and ensuring infrastructure solutions meet evolving business and compliance requirements. Key projects include data center decommissioning, new colocation builds, a VDI platform refresh, Azure initiatives, and BAU operations. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor Intermediate and Senior Infrastructure Engineers.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure services across colocation (Equinix) data centers, cloud, virtualization, and storage.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, service continuity, and capacity management.
• Drive adoption of cloud technologies (Azure, AVS, Azure DevOps) and hybrid cloud integration.
• Automate processes with Ansible, Terraform, and related tools .
• Ensure compliance with security standards, privacy regulations, and DR policies .
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain roadmaps, design docs, runbooks, and operational guides.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (App Operations, IT Asset Mgmt, End User Tech) to align solutions with requirements.
